Hey Hey,

Installment Number 2.

So week one at the Navy Project has been similar to breaking into Fort Knox. As you know TSA has restricted the amount of liquids that can be brought through a security checkpoint. Now, at the Navy ERP project I can bring as many liquids into the building as I want, but if you don't have two forms of Government Issued ID on you - you can't work. Because I don't carry my Social Security Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate when I travel. . . I was unable to get the Government Issued Common Access Card I need to work in the system. Needless to say, I spent all last week checking email, bank accounts, credit cards, and just surfing the net. I brought my Passport this week and got a Common Access Card this morning, so hopefully this week will be a little more productive.

The weekend was really nice with extremely warm weather. Myself, Maggie, Dusty and Gerard went to an Irish Bar on Saturday Night that had live music. We just had a few drinks, but the atmosphere was perfect (no smoke, not crowded, and a quality selection of beverages).

We spent sometime at the pool, cooked Kebabs on the grill and just enjoyed the weekend. I even gave Maggie her first experience with Shake 'N Bake Pork Chops. . .

The house is coming along slowly but surely. This weekend we hung a few pictures, broke a few frames, and went out shopping for more junk. Next weekend's project is in the garden out front: We have to transform part of it into a walkway because the builders didn't really give us a good path from the driveway to the door. We also have to re-mulch because the weeds are starting to poke through and of course what garden would be complete without a few Gnomes out there. . .
Anyway - I hope everyone's ejoyed the weekend and is recharged for another week at work!
