Hey Hey,
So after two weeks of struggling through my project with the Navy wondering if I'll ever be allowed to do anything, I finally felt useful last week. Toward the end of the week, I was given work to do and kept busy. Just as long as everyone knows where their tax dollars are going . . .
Celebrating the Fourth of July from Charlotte this year, which will be nice because Maggie and I have a few household projects (as always) in the queue. We plan on heading uptown to see the fireworks and then having dinner under the Charlotte city lights. Should be a good time!
With the movie: Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix and the book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows coming out soon. . .I am frantically trying to read through all 6 of J.K. Rowlings tales. So as a status check . . . I'm about halfway through book three now, but the fun will soon begin as book four is approximately 27 miles in length and book five is really no slouch either. It is a good thing that they are all good stories otherwise. . .this project might not be quite as fun (nor would I even be doing it).
